Monday: Introductions
Tuesday:  Syllabus ,  Use the servsafe food handler guide to reproduce pages 2-2 and 2-3 when to wash your hands.
Wednesday: Servsafe CH 1 powerpointe, Classroom Expectations, Guided notes, food borne microorganisms and allergens
Thursday: Put away order, Making Pizza, Sauce, Dough
Friday:Entrance Exam, making pizza
